Our client is a wonderful, long established forward thinking company that offers an array of travel products across the globe. Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Travel Admin Support Executive with a strong background in the travel industry to join their fun working team. Hybrid working model based in the Leeds area. Exciting role ideal for a sales support, admin or operations professional from a travel industry background. Admin Travel Support Executive - Duties: * Process and check supplier invoices against loaded bookings. * Quality check all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations. * Process and chase travel tickets. * Checking and sending confirmation invoices. * After sales including processing refunds. * Liaise with homeworkers to correct and amend existing bookings. * Assist in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods. * Respond to email queries from customers, suppliers and team members. * Monitor errata’s and liaise with the team to ensure customers and bookings are fully update. Admin Travel Support Executive - Essential Requirements: * Experience within a similar travel admin role from a travel agent or tour operator. * Works well on own initiative as well as being a team player. * Strong attention to detail is paramount for this role. PC literate and able to use reservations and website booking systems to download and process bookings.
