Job Description
Our client is a well established haulage company in Felixstowe, they are seeking an experienced transport operator to join their team
Will be assisting in running day to day operations associated with container transport, LCL transport
Duties
Ensuring deliveries/collections are completed on daily basis
Inputting bookings
Dealing with incoming calls/emails quickly and efficiently
Managing sub-contractors
Ensuring accurate maintenance of specific operational software
Customer account management
Skills
Strong UK geographical knowledge
Min 2 years previous experience within a container transport environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and organise
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
