Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join their office in Barking.
This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
* Processing intermodal bookings, ensuring systems match.
* Liaising with operations team.
* Maintain a high level of customer service.
* Respond/resolve customer queries.
* Invoicing
* Maintain an excellent relationship with customer.
Requirements:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 years experience, strong communication skills, computer skills, punctual and reliable.
