Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented Transport Administrator to support our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate transportation activities.
* Maintain transport records, including driver logs and delivery documentation.
* Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
* Prepare and process transportation documents.
* Monitor transportation performance and resolve issues.
* Assist in route planning and optimization.
* Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
* Handle administrative tasks and support the transport team.
Requirements:
* Experience in transport or logistics administration.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management software.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of transport regulations.
Preferred:
* Experience with logistics software.
* Export logistics experience
* Familiarity with customs procedures.
Benefits
Working Hours - 8:30am - 5pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8:30am - 4:30pm (Friday)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
25 days annual leave (January - December)
