Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a full time Transport Administrator for thier busy transport office. Must be self motivated. Job Role Duties and responsibilities include: * Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence * Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance * Filing and archiving * Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations * Compiling reports * Managing diaries for team members * Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events * Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues * Dealing with drivers * Scheduling driver routes Ideal candidate will have: * Good communication & time management skills * Advanced IT skills * Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy * Friendly & down to earth personality with confident telephone manner * Excellent Organisational skills Please forward CV to apply.
