Job Description

Circa £40k - Birmingham Hybrid Role We’re working with a growing firm in Birmingham offering excellent motorway links, to recruit a T&C Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the firm’s T&C function. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the T&C Manager will ensure the business remains compliant while supporting team development and business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the T&C function for the business. * Develop and improve the T&C scheme to meet business needs and regulatory standards. * Ensure all employees (advisory and non-advisory) have the skills and expertise to fulfil their roles. * Define competency criteria and procedures for assessments. * Adapt the T&C scheme to regulatory changes and business model updates. * Create KPIs to measure business needs and potential risks. * Maintain records to demonstrate FCA compliance, from recruitment to ongoing training. * Conduct weekly file checks, maintain grading systems, and identify training needs. * Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations. * Provide guidance on regulatory matters and support the Head of Compliance. * Oversee the delivery of regulatory training (e.g., AML, GDPR) and monitor client file reviews. * Manage the recruitment and implementation of T&C schemes and policies. * Line manage the Technical Team Leader and oversee outsourced work performance.
