Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Derby
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 basic
Commission: Sliding scale with minimum targets threshold 5%, 15%, 30% and 40% of the recruitment fee.
Languages: English and either French or German
Overview:
The Resolute Group is a global leader in executive search and recruitment, with this position sat in our high-growth Data Centre sector. We are currently seeking talented and driven individuals to join our Central European team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify high-quality candidates for roles within the Data Centre sector across Central Europe.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification via Phone and MS Teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.Although working in the Central European sector, this role is based in the head office in Derby working with the leaders of the business. This will support your training and development into how to successfully source, interview and secure candidates for our client portfolio.
With this being a Trainee role you will be office-based 5 days a week to ensure you have mentors around you. There is flexibility around the hours worked if you have children but being in the office 5 days a week is non-negotiable at this level.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and either French or German.
Living in a commutable distance to the Derby office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident personality as you will be speaking to people be it via the Phone or face to face on MS Teams on a daily basis.To Apply:
