Connect Appointments have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Grangemouth branch. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a real impact and move up in the exciting and ever-moving recruitment industry.

Working as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your duties will include, but not limited to:
Liaise with high profile clients and provide a professional service
Source candidates for busy clients
Carry out candidate telephone interviews/assessments
Co-ordinate and manage workers each day
Input data to our bespoke recruitment softwareTo be successful within this role you will ideally have previous experience within recruitment, combined with the knowledge and expertise to manage people. As such, you will possess:
First class communication skills

The ability to build strong relationships
Articulate, passionate and a self-motivated
