The Role: Trainee Recruiter/ Resource Executive

This role will involve working closely with our Managing Director and Lead Recruiter in sourcing and placing candidates across Ireland and the UK.
*
We have an existing volume of work in place, so you will be able to start working on live projects immediately
*
You will be using a range of systems and technologies, ranging from CRM’s, Cv Databases, Advertising Platforms and Social Media.
*
When you are not identifying and engaging with candidates, you will be targeting new business and promoting BIM Recruiter Ltd in the market.
*
This is sales focused role with an emphasis on quality and the delivery of an excellent service.
Your Profile:
*
You will have at least 1-2 years in a sales, customer service, or business support role.
*
You will have a ‘can do' attitude with the ability to listen closely to the needs and requirements of a varied customer base
*
You will have a commitment to quality and delivering a quality service to everyone you deal with.
*
You will have resilience, the ability to bounce back from the word no and focus on the next prospect.
*
IT skills essential, MS Office, email and experience in dealing with people over the phone and/ or video meetings.
