Trainee Quantity Surveyor – Bristol
Are you at the early stages of your career or a recent graduate and want to join a supportive and experienced team of professionals, specialising in high-quality new build housing?
This award-winning house builder are looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team to provide commercial support throughout the department.
As a trainee, you will assist the team with the following tasks:
* Development of build cost budgets for new sites
* Monitoring and reporting actual costs against the budget
* Prepare subcontractor prices and carry out tender comparisons
* Assistant with general commercial administration
Suitable candidates will have a recent degree or HNC in Construction or Surveying, or someone already carrying out this role as a Trainee or Commercial Admin.
This role will offer progression and guidance with the view to run your own jobs as a QS.

* Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications
