Job Description
Trainee Paint Sprayer
Location: Morecambe
Pay: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday Day Shifts (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm)
We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join our busy manufacturing team. Experience is great, but not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, character, and willingness to learn.
If you’ve got a solid work ethic, a positive personality, and you’re ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Paint Sprayer:
Learning the ropes of paint spraying from the ground up
Supporting the production team and keeping things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For in the Trainee Paint Sprayer:
A reliable and hands-on team player
Willingness to work and learn new skills
Some familiarity with manufacturing tools is a plus (but not required)
The Details:
Monday to Friday (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm – may rotate or fix shifts depending on preference)
Pay starting at £12.50–£13.50 per hour
