Trainee Maintenance Engineer required for an injection mould and compression company based in Alton. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on manufacturing experience or have a college qualification in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
Trainee Maintenance Engineer Job Overview
Assist in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on injection moulding machines and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic faults on moulding machines and associated systems.
Aid in the setup and changeover of mould tools and machine parameters under supervision, learning how to optimize cycle times and part quality.
