Job Title: Town Planner or Senior Planner Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to £42,000 + benefits The Role We are seeking a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner in join a growing town planning consultants in Oxfordshire. As the successful Town Planner you’ll be working on a number of planning applications for various sectors such as leisure, commercial and residential to name a few. Ideally you will be working toward chartership or already chartered. The Company This company is an independent town planning consultancy who have doubled in size over the last few years. They are now looking to grow the team again by recruiting for a Town Planner or Senior Planner from either local authority, client side or consultancy, must be UK experience. The role will require * Manage the planning applications * Give sound advice to clients * Help towards winning new work * Keep up to date with local planning policies * Research local plans * Attend planning committee meetings and other public meetings * Assist other team members * Create and maintain progress reports Desired Skills & Qualifications * Degree in town planning * 2+ years experience * Ideally chartered or working towards * UK driving licence Salary & Benefits * Up to £42,000 DOE * Discretionary bonus * Hybrid working * 27 days holidays + bank holidays * Private health insurance * Life assurance * Training & development Keen to hear about other opportunities like this?
