The Role:
Manage and lead planning applications, appeals, and site assessments
Develop relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Provide strategic advice on planning policies and site development potential
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendationsAbout You:
RTPI membership (or working towards chartership)
Strong experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting
Comprehensive knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
