Tower Crane Operator Wanted - Maidstone, Kent 📢
We are looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator for a long-term position in Maidstone, Kent.
Job Details:
📅 Start Date: April
⏳ Hours Paid: 8 per day
📍 Location: Maidstone, Kent
Requirements:
✅ Valid CPCS Card
✅ Full PPE
✅ Proven experience operating a tower crane on a construction site
✅ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
✅ Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
Responsibilities:
🔹 Safe operation of the tower crane, ensuring all lifts are conducted according to site regulations and safety procedures
🔹 Lifting and moving materials around the site efficiently and safely
🔹 Communicating with the site team, including banksmen and slingers, to coordinate lifts
🔹 Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance on the crane
🔹 Following site safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or incidents
