Toolroom/Machine Shop Technician Location: Pershore, Worcestershire Employment
Are you an experienced toolmaker/ Machine Shop Technician looking for a new challenge? Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered products.
As a valued member of the toolroom/machine shop, you will work with manual and CNC machinery to support the clients production needs. With one of our skilled toolmakers we are looking for someone ready to take the reins and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.
Utilise CNC vertical miller (experience preferred but not essential).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.
Maintain/repair and produce press tools where necessary.
Assist in maintenance on the power presses and in the press-shop.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within a toolroom or machine shop environment.
Strong proficiency with manual machinery; CNC knowledge is a bonus.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

this is a 39 hour working Monday - Thursday
