The Job You’ll Do; * Leading the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner. * Perform scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability. * Leads in geometry improvement activities from technical understanding. * Adhering to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items. * Supporting and championing the intervention process and escalation procedure. * Adhering to all legal and safety requirements including; PUWER Power press regulations, lifting and slinging. * Supporting the procurement and management of spare parts and tools required. * Adhering to and entry of RPO and MTTR data (documentation of jobs/hours completed through electronic reporting methods). * Support the development of Engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing. * The completion of housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness within own and related areas. About You; * Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making. * ONC or equivalent level qualification. * Manufacturing or relevant engineering experience * Be proactive and autonomous in workload management. * Be able to follow instructions, maintaining composure in pressurised situations. * Be able to communicate at all levels of the business. * Be able to prioritise fluctuations in workload, asking for support when needed
