Salary: up to £15 per hour
Working hours: 08:00-17:00

Brief Description of Job Duties
Setting and operating thread rolling machines to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure precision and adherence to client requirements.
Monitoring machine operations to ensure consistency and quality of output.
Conducting machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize performance.
Performing quality checks using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Troubleshooting and resolving any machine or production issues in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.Requirements
Proven experience setting and operating thread rolling machines.
Strong understanding of thread rolling processes.
Reading and interpretation of drawings.
Using precision measuring tools.
This is a permanent vacancy employed directly through our client.
