Job Description
About the Role: We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Test Lead to join our client's team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the manual testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of two business critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the manual testing process and provide guidance and support to others in the application team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Carry out the Testing required from the already established Test plans, Test cases and Test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
Identify, document and track defects, working closely with the application team to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results.
Manage vendor relationships and be able to set expectations at an early stage.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Manual Test Lead or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
