Finalize Winning Contracts Ensure all agreed positions are captured accurately in the final contract drafts, making your mark on key dealsWhat You Bring to the Table
A degree (BSc or MSc) in a commercial, contractual, or relevant field
5+ years of experience managing large-scale tenders or projects, ideally in offshore renewables or a similar environment
A strong focus on commercial and contractual management with expertise in assessing and mitigating risks
Proven skills in effective negotiation, your ability to secure positive outcomes is key
Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire and guide teams in line with our values
Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality
