Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Production Operative - Painter to work for a Manufacturing Company in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Role: Production Operative - Painter
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £11.44 Per Hour
Hours: 3 on, 3 off (Days & Nights)
Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative - Painter:
Collect and prepare items for painting
Apply paint using appropriate techniques (e.g., spray, brush, or roller)
Ensure quality control by inspecting painted surfaces for defects
Follow safety guidelines when handling paints and chemicals
Maintain painting equipment and work areas clean and organized
Work efficiently to meet production targets
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflowAbout you:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physically fit and able to lift/move products as required.
