Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £12.80 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join a team in Leamington Spa on an ongoing temporary contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting a large credit control department in administration and ensuring smooth cash flow into the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisation and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic environment.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support and multitasking between multiple projects
* Issuing templated letters
* investigating customer accounts and resolving issues
* Responding to email enquiries
* Analysing datasets
Administrator Skills and Requirements:
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, admin and customer service.
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in Administration and Excel.
