About the Job
As a temporary Administrator at Lampton, you will be responsible for supporting the People Team on a current auditing project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of people processes and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing and maintaining employee records, managing people databases, and providing general administrative support to the Payroll & People team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a HR Administrator or similar position. You will be a fast learner with strong systems and Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience and Qualifications required
Previous experience in a People or Payroll administrative role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookups
Proficient in other Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
Experience working with HRIS systems (iTrent) would be desirable
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
