Job Description

Temporary Administrator Full time | Monday - Thursday 8:30-5pm and Friday 8:30-4:30pm 6 Month FTC- ASAP Start- Office based £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience We are looking for a Service Administrator to support our client's team with administrative and service, related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer and field service calls and emails. Create quotations, raise service reports, and ensure timely distribution. Follow up on and process service and validation reports for billing. Manage field engineers' schedules and assist with workload planning. Generate and distribute KPI reports. Provide holiday cover and support management and service personnel as needed. Assist with finance queries, expense reconciliation, and invoice-related customer support. Support spare parts billing in the Office Manager's absence. What we are looking for: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is highly desirable. Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in an administrative role with service support responsibilities. SAP experiences beneficial. Must have a driver's license (office is in a remote location).
