Job Description

Telesales Executive – Animal Feed Salary: £35k - £45k basic + commission Location: Hybrid (Flexible Working. Home or office in Cheshire) Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for agriculture and a knack for closing deals? My client is hiring Direct Sales Executives who can confidently connect with farmers, drive new business, and help grow their presence in the farming sector. What You’ll Do * Prospect and Sell – Proactively make outbound calls to potential farming customers, introducing our full portfolio of agricultural products * Build and Nurture a Pipeline – Establish relationships through follow-ups and create a steady flow of future customers * Hit and Exceed Targets – Drive sales, increase contribution, and secure new business by meeting and surpassing key KPIs What You’ll Bring * Sales experience is a must as is an Understanding of the agriculture/farming sector, ideally with a grasp of animal nutrition basics * Strong motivation to exceed targets and grow within the role * Polite, friendly telephone manner with the confidence to close sales * Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office experience preferred) * A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn, improve, and succeed What’s in it for You? * Competitive salary (£35k - £45k basic) plus uncapped commission * Hybrid working for flexibility and work-life balance * Training to equip you with product knowledge and industry insights If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in agricultural sales, apply now!
