Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: Up to £33,000p.a.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pm
Contract Type: Full time / Permanent

Our client based in Saffron Walden is looking for a full time Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Technical Support Specialist your duties will include:
* Providing technical support across all company products
* Preparing quotes for customers
* Checking Purchase Orders
* Diagnosing faults and providing solutions
* Assisting with pre-sales & post- sales
* Application / product testing.
An ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialist will have:
* Degree in Chemistry
* Previous experience in a technical support role
* IT literacy
* Hands on laboratory experience
* Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
