Role Overview:
Provide technical training and support to UK service, sales teams, and customers. Develop expertise in the company’s assist platform and winter products, offering remote and on-site assistance. Conduct chargeable training, enhance platform usability, and contribute to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and support teams and customers on product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct technical training courses and develop training materials.
Deliver remote and on-site support, resolving technical issues promptly.
Assist in product development by providing user feedback.
Promote genuine parts and advise on stock holdings.
Maintain professional standards in equipment, communication, and safety.Performance Measures:
