About the Technical Supervisor job
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the purpose of your role will be to provide support to the Technical team to ensure compliance to policies and procedures throughout the site.
Key tasks
* Manage and maintain all HACCP documentation, including filing and issuing relevant records.
* Conduct product traceability and recall tests on random products to ensure quality control.
* Oversee the quality policy and procedure manual, ensuring it aligns with standards and updates.
* Handle customer complaints, conduct internal audits, and maintain supplier and product specifications.
About You
* Minimum HACCP Level 3 certification or equivalent required.
* Preferable experience with BRC standards and internal audits.
* Proven team management experience with strong leadership skills.
