Either way, this well established East Midlands business operating with both High and Low Care Meat products offers up an amazing space to learn in. You will also gain exposure to standards coming from Blue Chip Food Service and Retail Customers which would add serious weight to your awareness of Technical standards.
You will ideally need to bring a some exposure to Food Manufacturing environments. But, above all a willingness to graft, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
