Salary: Up to £60,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The role..
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You’ll oversee compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC, FDA), manage audits, and work closely with production teams to uphold best practices. Your role includes working closely with customers to maintain strong relationships and meet expectations.
What we are looking for..
* At least 4 years of experience in Technical Management in the food industry.
* Proven experience of managing teams, leading BRC audits, facing customers.
* Preferably a degree level in either or Food Science, Food Safety, lead Auditor status, desirable CI qualification and Business qualifications within a related field.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
