Technical Design is the backbone of the construction industry, anyone can come up with a pretty concept, but it takes a near genius to turn this into a buildable project that actually works.
It is this exact reason that Technical Designers within the subcontracting industry are always in hot demand.
Our client is a specialist joinery subcontractor with an annual turnover in excess of £100M and have an impressive portfolio of projects such as The Shard, Bloomsburg HQ and the Leadenhall Building. They undertake very high-end joinery projects from design, manufacture and through to installation. They are a family brand within the joinery industry and unrivalled with any other joinery subcontractor.
They are seeking Technical Joinery Designers and CAD Technicians to join their design team of 20 strong. Technical Joinery Designers and CAD Technicians will report into the Drawing Office Manager and work on high end joinery projects which will include detailing both construction and manufacturers drawings.
