Technical Coordinator - High end residential
We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our client and support the delivery on a high end residential project made up of 60 prime apartments in South West London,
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Technical Managers with day-to-day project management tasks
Review and process consultant and contractor drawing packages
Issue construction drawings and information following established protocols
Liaise with statutory service companies and local authorities to manage regulatory requirements
Work with with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure information is shared and understood
Maintain compliance with Building Regulations and other statutory requirements
Prepare and check documents such as conveyance plans, brochure plans, technical specifications, and site documentation
Monitor consultant design information and ensure it is delivered on time
Assist with the selection and appointment of external design consultants
Address technical queries during the design and construction phases
Manage consultant fees and appointments
Work effectively with other teams, including Planning, Commercial, Construction, and SalesWhat We're Looking For:
A solid understanding of the design process and knowledge of pre-construction, construction, and planning activities
Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
backrgound as a technical cooridnator or architect on residential schemes stages 5-7
