Job Title: Technical Administrator Location: North Wales Salary: £35,000 Hours: Monday – Friday  9pm – 5pm (Hybrid – 2 days on site – 3 from home once probation is passed) Do you have experience in manufacturing? Are you detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in your work? If so, take a look below! My client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update technical documentation, records and databases. Support the technical team with scheduling, reporting, and communication. Manage the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Keep in regular contact with other departments to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations through accurate record-keeping. Handle queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical administrative support. Meticulously review all information to prevent errors that could lead to incorrect labelling or product recalls. Requirements: Strong IT skills Proven experience in an administrative/writing role, preferably within a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills.
