Technical Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Location: Hospital environment
Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour
About the Role:
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to develop your skills in administration and subcontractor management? We are seeking a Technical Administrator to support our Estates Team in ensuring technical compliance on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assigning and monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks for engineers.
Managing the Maximo CAFM system and ensuring accurate data entry.
Assisting in maintaining O&M manuals and compliance documentation.
Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
Supporting internal and external audits for compliance.
General administrative duties, including document control, training coordination, and reporting.What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CAFM systems (desirable).
Understanding of Building Services Installations (desirable).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.DBS is essential
