We work across Hampshire, South East England, London, Hertfordshire, East Anglia and Shropshire.     We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a full time Team Secretary to join our Autism Hampshire subsidiary based in our Fareham, Hampshire office. The role is a full time, 39 hour position working Monday to Friday and Avenues offers hybrid working.  In this role you will work within an administration team to provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support service to our Senior Operations Managers, Service Managers and their team’s including supporting the Personal Assistant and Regional Director.  Undertake all aspects of diary, meeting and activity management for Senior Operations Manager and their teams  Minute meetings as required  Assist in the development, collation and distribution of a range of documents including easy read  Maintain internal databases and where required produce reports from the databases  Liaise and consult with internal functions and external agencies as relevant to specific projects  Provide/share reception cover as required  Lone working as required, including opening and closing of the office building  Carry out any other duties as required  What are we looking for?   Experience of secretarial and office administration work  Knowledge of IT systems, databases and MS Office  Experience of copy and audio typing as well as taking meeting minutes  Able to prioritise own workload and be self-motivated  Good attention to detail and self-motivated  Able to uphold confidentiality  Able to communicate at all levels  Being a team player  Flexibility  Your values should match ours:  Respect: We treat people as we would wish to be treated ourselves.  Excellence: We don’t settle for okay, we are determined to achieve more.  Integrity: We do the right thing, even if it takes more time and effort.  Pride: The work we do is something we want to tell others we are part of.  For full details please see the attached role profile.  Benefits you can expect!  Flexible Working including working from home, upon completion of probationary period.   31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata), increasing after to 2 years’ service and after 5 years’ service.  Access to high quality training that supports your career development.  Free and confidential 24/7 access to the health portal and employee assistance programme.  Contributory pension scheme with life assurance.  Recommend a friend scheme.  And more.  Why join us?  We are committed to supporting our employees to achieve a good work-life balance and support flexible working including working from home.
