Job Description

Team Manager/ Team Performance Manager - Collections Mid Kent £50,000 - £60,000 We are looking for a Team Performance Manager to manage and support a debt recovery team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth workflow and case handling. Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and problem-solving. Provide training and feedback to improve team efficiency. Work closely with management to achieve business goals.What We're Looking For: Experience in managing teams, preferably in debt recovery or financial services. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
