Job Description:
We are working with a small, independent fostering agency who are looking for an experienced fostering social worker to join their growing team.
They are a family-run business and focus on close working relationships with all their foster carers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is either experienced in the position and is looking to help grow the organisation or someone who is looking to develop in their career and step-up to Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Manager:

Lead, manage, and support a team of social workers and support staff
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
*
Provide regular supervision and support to team members
*
Promote and maintain a positive working environment
*
Take part in an OOH duty rota
Requirements:
*
Qualified Social Worker with a current registration
*
Experience in a managerial role within an independent fostering agency would be ideal, although the agency is also open to people looking to make a step-up in their career.

Strong leadership and management skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
