Cubed Talent are pleased to be recruiting for a Team Leader to join our innovative manufacturing client based in Bradford on a temporary basis - Initially for 6-9 months.
This is a full-time role - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday generally 9am-5pm but an element of flexibility is required to work around your team.
The role:
* To manage a team of operatives in and around the Yorkshire area. Develop, coach and manage them to deliver high customer standards.
* You need to be an experienced and enthusiastic manager who is a strong team player
* You will spend approx. 50% of your time with your team spread throughout the Yorkshire area.
* With the training and support of our Operations Manager, you will have all the back-up you need to succeed.
* A proven track record in managing a manual team, and working to pre-set KPI’s.
Some other main duties involve:
• Planogram compliance (training will be provided)
• Ensuring uniform standards are adhered to
• Routing and visit scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with cash and stock control
• Vehicle checks – stock and cleanliness
• Holiday and sickness management
• Overtime and wage reporting
• Liaising with new installations team
• Quality checks on an ad-hoc basis
• Liaising with the local NHS customers in walk rounds and meetings
• Conducting staff one 2 ones and disciplinaries
• Highlighting and supporting employees who need training
• Conduct interviews with new potential staff
The role requires someone with a full driving licence who is flexible and can work longer at short notice if required.
You must also live in the Yorkshire area.
