Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a manufacturing company based in Brandon who are looking for experienced Line Leaders with a proven leadership background.
For this role, we're seeking candidates with experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll need to have the ability to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health & safety, quality procedures.
As the Line Leader you will:
Be proactive towards Health & Safety and ensure staff/yourself work within the safe systems
Lead & Ensure H&S compliance, delivering on all H&S, KPI’s
Ensure all quality and pre-start checks have been completed prior to shift handover
Complete work order, and develop shift report for the shift handover
Ensure Hygiene/GMP standards throughout the production areas
Be the point of contact for the production operators for troubleshooting, support and escalating any issues
Drive performance throughout the day to ensure targets are met
