Team Leader – Food Production – Lincolnshire - £27,000
About the Company
We are on the lookout for a Team Leader to join a fast-paced, ever-growing food business. As a Team Leader, you will be required to lead and support the harvesting department.
This business has a great reputation and a fantastic culture. This is a new role to the business due to company growth.
The is a full-time role – Hours of work are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the hours of work are 6am – 2:30pm.

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing or agricultural business is a must
Set goals and objectives for yourself and your team
Proactively ensuring that a safe working environment exists for all employees
Maintaining standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping through Good Manufacturing Practice
Planning staffing levels
Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets
