Team Leader Roles - Adults supported living
Locations: Southampton
Salary:£12.45 ph - 37.5 hours a week
Shifts:12 hour shifts, rotational weekends
Sleep in's: When required (Additional pay)
The role:
* As a Team Leader you will be managing a team of support workers as well as setting up and running shifts so experience in this field is required
* 24-hour care facility with supported living accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or challenging behavior .
* You will assist residents in integrating within the local community with daily outings, to encourage social integration and develop self-reliance skills.
