Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across a variety of subjects (specific subject details will be provided depending on the role).
* Support students in their academic and personal development, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons, homework, and other teaching materials in line with the curriculum and school policies.
* Monitor and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing interventions as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues, including teaching assistants and administrative staff, to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
* Maintain classroom discipline and a focused learning environment.
* Participate in professional development activities, including training sessions and school-wide initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Experience teaching at [appropriate education level: primary/secondary/specialist subjects].
* Strong understanding of the curriculum and the ability to deliver lessons effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
