Job Description
Simply Education is working closely with a large Primary School in Northampton that is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant. We are in active discussion with a local school regarding an upcoming vacancy set to start over the next few weeks and months. A role is available, ranging from a part-time (0.2 contract) to a full-time position.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
Have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
Be confident supporting a teacher and working with a child in a classroom setting.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skill and the ability to build a positive relationship with a pupil.
Be proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
Be passionate about supporting a child's learning and development.Please note: A successful candidate must undergo two years of referencing and complete an enhanced DBS check. The role is subject to a satisfactory background check.
