Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Location: Wigan, WN1 Salary: Up to £100 per day Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 3pm) About the School We are seeking a confident and qualified Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Wigan. The school offers a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive and reach their full potential. About the Role In this role, you will support students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis, helping them to achieve their academic goals. This is a temp to perm position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm, with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential Provide 1-2-1 and small group support Collaborate with a close-knit team Handle difficult situations with efficiency and confidence The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3) who is open to learning new skills and can work well within a team.
