Job Description
Meridian Business Support, Education division are working on behalf of an Academy Trust of schools in the South Tidworth area of Wiltshire. They require a History specialist teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive, interesting History lessons to all their year groups. (Timetable to be arranged)
Role: Teacher of History - (Secondary teacher)
Start: ASAP for 3 months
Location: South Tidworth
Full time temporary role (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) term time only plus inset days.
Pay: £130 - £170 per day (depends on experience)
Ideal candidates will be
PGCE QTS qualified teachers, ideally with experience of teaching GCSE History
Can start as soon as possible and able t complete the contract, through until at least the end of March 2025
Experience of teaching History
Has a DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed Responsibilities
Teach all year groups on the History timetable within the secondary academy school
Deliver exciting and engaging History lessons and mark work of their students (all planning will be provided by the school)Interested and feel you can perform well in this role?
