Vacancy Alert – Teacher of Art and Design 0.8 – September 2025 start
Strategy Education are working with a mixed secondary school in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex who are recruiting for a part time Teacher of Art and Design from September 2025. This is a 0.8 timetable.
The school caters for children aged 11-16 and so the Art and Design Teacher role will include teaching KS3 and KS4 classes.
Knowledge and experience teaching the Art and Design GCSE curriculum would be beneficial.
The school is located close to Stansted Mountfitchet station which is on a direct train line from London Liverpool Street passing through Harlow Town, Tottenham Hale and Bishop Stortford. There is parking onsite.
This role will involve planning and marking and will be paid to scale.
There is the opportunity for a temp to perm post.
The successful Teacher of Art and Design will be subject to a variety of checks including eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
