Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Tax & Probate Specialist to join their busy law firm with offices in Lymington and New Milton.
Duties will include:
Managing and advising on complex and simple trusts.
Providing expert advice on Probate, estate administration, accounting, and taxation.
Registering relevant trusts under the Trust Registration Service.
File management.
Following SRA regulations and STEP standards.
Desired skills:
Experience of probate and complex trust management - at least 4 years.
ACA/CA/Tax Inspector with full technical training/law qualification/tax specialist qualification
STEP Qualified.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £45K - £70K.
Company pension.
