Tax Manager - Outskirts of Crowborough
Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and friendly professional practice based on the outskirts of Crowborough. We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, with full support to progress into a Senior Tax Manager position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable tax professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives on technical work, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking and close-knit team.

Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of tax matters
Preparing and reviewing self-assessment and partnership tax returns
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Preparing and reviewing Trust and Estate returns
Assisting in the preparation of 60-day CGT returns
Liaising with clients on complex tax queries and offering technical advice
Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities for growthEssential Skills & Experience:
Qualified CTA, or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience
Experience in personal tax, trusts, and capital gains tax
Practice background essential
Comfortable managing a varied portfolio and building client rapport
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
Keen to progress into a more senior leadership position
