Job Description

✅ High-volume hiring & Recruitment Process Outsourcing for larger companies
✅ Hiring & HR support for small, growing businesses
This role is all about volume hiring and helping one of our key clients find the best talent.
The role
This is pure recruitment. No sales. No cold calling. Just finding great people.
You'll be focused on quality over quantity by ensuring only the best candidates make it through to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Running in-depth screening interviews and spotting potential, not just ticking boxes
🔹 Getting creative with candidate attraction; bring your ideas, we’ll back you
🔹 Shortlisting based on more than just a CV; skills, potential, and fit matter
🔹 Managing offers and securing acceptances
🔹 Helping clients onboard new hires smoothly
You'll be measured (and rewarded) based on the quality of candidates you deliver—not meaningless KPIs. Expect to spend most of your time actually talking to people.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ve worked in high-volume recruitment in some way—this could be:
✅ A contact centre team leader involved in hiring, looking for a career shift
✅ An agency resourcer/recruiter ready for the next step
✅ An in-house recruiter curious about outsourcing
But you don’t need to tick every box. If you’re:
✔ Great at interviewing and assessing people
✔ Quick and organised with admin
✔ Creative in finding talent

Remote work is the norm here so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently.

💰 £25k - £30k base salary, with a realistic OTE of £40k+ (uncapped bonuses—earn more if you perform)
