Systems Specialist Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Permanent SAP Experience Required About the Role: ISQ Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for a Systems Specialist to join their team in Wolverhampton. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimising SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) systems, ensuring seamless warehouse and IT operations. You will play a key role in system support, process improvement, and training while working closely with operational teams to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd line support for SAP EWM, assisting with training and troubleshooting. Deliver training to end users Document system processes and ensure data integrity. Support go-live implementation and system stabilisation. Develop and manage KPIs using Tableau BI software. Investigate system-related incidents, raise tickets, and liaise with support teams. Work with operational teams to identify system improvements. Assist with engineering and launch changes, ensuring accurate data maintenance. Support system testing and implementation of updates. What We're Looking For: Essential: Proven experience with SAP EWM in a warehouse or production environment. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Detail-oriented, methodical, and organised approach. Capable of working independently to gather information and solve issues. Desirable: Experience with SQL and data analysis. Strong Excel and Tableau skills for data visualisation.
